About Us

The word crystalline – from the Greek, krustallinos – is both the rock crystal formation, and in a literary sense means very clear and transparent.  As coaches, we are committed to operate clearly and transparently, and have each coaching client experience great clarity and transparency in their own life.  

Crystalline was founded by Christine Flouton, who has a background in advertising, personal transformation, and management consulting. Through over twenty-five years of coaching, a rich and diverse study program, and practical trial and error, Christine has been immersed in how to enable people to create balanced, sustainable productivity and effectiveness in all walks of their lives.

 Crystalline was born out of an insight that most people are deeply committed to being productive and effective in their lives, and don’t always see how to accomplish that sustainably.  Crystalline works with people to develop the skill sets to enable them to create balance and effective performance for themselves, leaving them with a sense of accomplishment, confidence, and results.
